Engage As You Age works with homebound and isolated older adults and seniors that are aging in place (in their own residences) or are living in a continuing care, assisted living or retirement facilities. Engage As You Age’s 2-hr visits are a great compliment to the medical and non-medical care that many seniors are already receiving. Engage As You Age works with seniors as far north as Novato, California and down south to San Jose, California. They also work with seniors as far west as San Francisco and also in Berkeley, Alameda, Lafayette and as far west as Walnut Creek, Danville and San Ramon.
