Alzheimer’s Association Memory Walk – October 10th, 2009

On October 10, 2009, the Alzheimer’s Association Memory Walk will take place at Treasure Island in San Francisco. This is one of many Memory Walks organized by the Alzheimer’s Association. Collectively these events are the largest in the nation that further the cause to end Alzheimer’s. Proceeds from these events will go to the Alzheimer’s Association. It’s a great cause and they’re looking to have 30,000 different teams participate in the event.

Did you know that every 70 seconds someone will develop Alzheimer’s?
