Please note that our screening process includes:
A phone interview.
An in-person interview where you’ll meet with a senior staff person at Engage As You Age. You’ll be asked to demonstrate your area of expertise to one of our employees.
You’ll write up a lesson plan and submit it to Engage As You Age and if it meets our criteria we’ll have you present it in front of us.
If you pass steps 1, 2 and 3, we’ll contact at least four of your references.
